Just like Mom used to make. With diced ham and cheesy potatoes, corn, and sweet bell peppers, this dish will bring your family to the table for an old-fashioned country meal. And for dessert? Bread Pudding with Spiced Rum Caramel Sauce!
Russian Apricot Chicken (stovetop)
Who knew that apricot preserves and Russian dressing worked so well together? This dinner is very flavorful with boneless and skinless chicken breasts simmered in spiced fruit sauce. Nice over rice, which we include.
Meatball Sandwich Casserole (oven)
Plump meatballs in marinara sit atop cream cheese whitewashed cubes of Italian bread and topped with Mozzarella. This one is a favorite for kids of all ages.
Corona Lime Grilled Chicken (grill or stove top) ♥
Mmm, beer! Chicken breasts are marinated with Corona and lime juice, with just a touch of honey and fresh cilantro. So simple and so moist! Nice with our Fresh Dill Potato Salad.

Whether for Tuesday dinner or Sunday brunch, this crustless quiche fits the occasion! Three cheeses with tasty bites of bacon and juicy diced tomatoes, this meal is sure to please!
Cajun Red Beans with Andouille Sausage (or Ground beef) (crock pot or stove top)
Come home to the mouth-watering aroma of Louisiana style sausage (or ground beef) & beans simmering in your crock pot, with tomatoes, peppers & rice. Make it as spicy or mild as you like! Very nice with our Sour Cream Cornbread. Please specify when ordering if ground beef is preferred over Andouille sausage.
Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin (oven or grill) ♥
Juicy and tender pork tenderloins marinate in low sodium soy and ginger sauce. Very low in fat but high in flavor, and nice with our Pineapple Slaw! (Pineapple slaw is best served fresh)
Strawberry Filled French Toast (oven)
August brings a new flavor for an old favorite! Thick-sliced french bread, bursting with scrumptious fresh strawberries and Cream Cheese, baked with pure maple syrup, a customer favorite. Please specify when ordering if wheat bread is preferred over white.

Fresh spinach is adorned with tender bites of turkey breast, fresh juicy strawberries, and red onion slices, sprinkled with Feta crumbles and drizzled with our own Creamy Lemon Dill Dressing! (This meal is fresh only)
Happy Camperís Spicy Pistachio Chicken (grill or oven)♥
Take this new to Designing Dinners dish along on your end-of-summer camping trip! Boneless chicken breasts are Cayenne seasoned (or not!) & cooked in foil with green onions, then topped with chopped Pistachios & finally a little Parmesan cheese. Take along a pan of our signature English Toffee Brownies.
Creamy Cilantro Shrimp & Noodles Casserole (oven)
This is a new one that we just dreamed up and we think it is going to be asked for a lot! Creamy Cilantro Sauce with black beans, tomatoes and scallions, and a little jalapeno blanket plump shrimp, all mixed up with linguine and topped with Jack cheese for a memorable meal! Garlic Bread would go great with this dinner!
