Great any time of day, these burritos are the solution for your familyís gotta run days, or for a lazy brunch. Scrambled eggs with diced ham, cheese, sauteed mushrooms, onions, & bell peppers with salsa; as always, customize as you like! We have individual portions all bagged up so use as many or as few at one time as you like.

These delicious meatballs drenched in a barbeque-style sauce have a surprise pocket of cheese inside. Wonderful for kids of all ages. Serve this over noodles, which we include. Save room for our signature English Toffee Brownies!

Slow Cooker Tortellini (crock pot)
Lean ground beef & marinara simmer all day in your slow cooker. Just before itís time for dinner, add the plump tri-colored tortellini, sprinkle with cheese and relax for a few minutes! Itís a kid favorite and very good with our Garlic Bread.

Apricot Curry Pork Roast with Rosemary (oven) ♥
New to Designing Dinners, (something Sue dreamed up!) this healthy dinner has plenty of great flavor! It is a pork loin roast, marinated in a great blend of Balsamic vinegar, rosemary, sweet curry, and brown sugar and then baked in your oven topped with Apricot preserves! This dinner is excellent with our Cornbread Stuffing, with mushrooms & wild rice.

Gringo Chicken Enchiladas (oven)
Itís a customer favorite! This dinner has tender diced chicken breast, sauteed onions, & green chilies, with a few jalapenos (if you like), mixed with seasoned cream cheese & rolled up in tortillas thentopped with our sour cream mushroom sauce & Mexi-cheese. Yum!
