Itís back! Diced bacon & sliced hard-boiled eggs are layered with Swiss cheese and noodles, with creamy sauce throughout. A special brunch for a special time of year! Very nice with our Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins.

Stuffed Cranberry Chicken or Pork Chops(oven)
This festive dish is perfect for special guests or your own special family. Boneless & skinless chicken breasts (or pork chops) are wrapped around our corn bread stuffing, which is dotted with cranberries and diced bell peppers. Add our Sweet Potato Casserole to complete your meal. Please specify when ordering if pork chops are preferred.

Ham & Cheese Crock Pot Casserole (crock pot or stove top)
Just like Mom used to make. With diced ham and cheesy potatoes, corn, and sweet bell peppers, this dish will bring your family to the table for an old-fashioned country meal. And for dessert? Bread Pudding with Spiced Rum Caramel Sauce!

This entree is a great brunch or evening meal! Made with cubes of fresh bread, cream cheese & pecans, all drenched in a nicely spiced egg mixture, this dish has become a family favorite! Donít eat nuts? Ask for raisins instead. Please specify white or wheat bread preference when ordering.

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup (crock pot or stove top) ♥
The Turkey soup enjoyed in Amarillo is also very popular in Sheridan! Chunks of tender turkey breast with tomatoes, green chilies, corn, onions, hominy and spices make for a nutritious, delicious, not-too-heavy dinner. We add jalapenos (unless you tell us not to!)just to give it a little extra kick!

Meat loaf Wellington (oven)
Wow! This beef & sausage meat loaf is fancy enough for company or a treat for yourself! Stuffed with lots of Mozzarella, blanketed with flaky puff pastry and topped with marinara, youíll never look at meat loaf as a ho-hum dinner again. Our Baked Corn Casserole pairs very well with this. We are happy to make this all beef if that is preferred, just let us know when ordering.

Salmon with Ginger Pineapple Salsa (oven)♥
The secret is in the salsa! We can make this zesty topping as spicy or mild as you like and serve it over our flavorful salmon fillets, baked in your oven. A very quick and healthy choice.

Spanikopita (oven)
This buttery Greek spinach pie recipe has become requested too often to just have it at Christmas time! Layered with phyllo pastry, there is lots of spinach with Feta and Cottage cheeses, fresh dill and a hint of lemon. (No meat in this dish)

Tangy Slow Cooked Pork Roast (crock pot) ♥
So tender, so tasty, so easy! So why not just toss this red wine vinegar & soy sauce marinated boneless pork loin in the crock pot before you head to work and come home to the aroma of dinner waiting? Need a great dessert for Motherís Day or graduation? Our Apple Crisp is a nice finish to this meal!
