It’s everyone’s favorite and now you can pick up our homemade buttermilk biscuits and just bake them while you heat our creamy sausage gravy for a quick, delicious breakfast! Is it wrong to have dessert with breakfast? We have Apple Rum Raisin Pie that would be lovely with or after this meal.

Pork tenderloins are sliced and rubbed with this wonderful concoction that has a blend of enticing seasonings including Mexican coffee, unsweetened cacao, chili powder, coriander, and sage. If you love this, (and I think you will!) we also sell the rub here. This pork will be very good with our Twice Baked Potato Casserole, Baked Corn Casserole, and German Chocolate Pie for dessert!

A nice light choice for this month is our baked Atlantic cod with our wonderful housemade Lemon Dill Dressing drizzled over it. We are happy to make you a green salad for however many people when you pick this up! Dessert? Our signature English Toffee Brownies are always a treat!

Start your new year with some flavor! This dish can be fairly mild to spicy, depending on your preference. We’ll make it medium unless we hear differently form you! This dinner has plenty of plump shrimp, with broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, and scallions in a sweet chili sauce. We add some nice seasonings and some rice to serve with it. Be sure to save room for some Garlic Bread and then Espresso Fudge Brownies for dessert!

Boneless chicken breasts are blanketed with thick sliced Swiss cheese, homemade Sherried Mushroom Sauce, then topped with seasoned croutons. Try our Fresh Dill Potato Salad along with Coconut Cream Pie for dessert :)

This layered casserole is brimming with diced turkey breast, broccoli, rice and creamy chicken sauce, & sprinkled with shredded Cheddar. It’s a homey dinner and great with our Garlic Bread. Be sure to take home a pan of our German Chocolate Pie for dessert!

This old-fashioned side dish is loaded with plenty of corn, green chilies, roasted red peppers, onions, corn meal, sour cream & butter. So good with a variety of meals!

This is a full loaf of Italian bread, sliced and brushed with a blend of butter, chopped garlic, and parsley.

Our classic bread pudding that so many enjoy at the cafe is baked with golden raisins and topped with our spiced rum caramel sauce. Just warm and serve with your own whipped cream or ice cream.

(9x6 Pan, ready) Coffee, coffee, coffee! Espresso is in the fudgy brownies, in the chocolate ganache, and even in the powdered sugar on top. You may want more than 1 pan!

(Ready) These gems have been our signature brownie since our start back in 2006! Rich fudge brownies are topped and baked with chopped Heath Bar and chocolate chips! Very yummy!

(Ready) These amazing fudge brownies are topped with caramel sauce and a little sea salt and if that isn’t quite enough, we then finish with a rich chocolate ganache! These are pretty addictive, consider yourself warned!

This is a 2 crust pie with sliced apples, golden raisins, and plenty of rum! :)
